Clear the cache


$ cd rtabmap/build
$ rm CMakeCache.txt
$ cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=~/catkin_ws/devel ..


Then remove directory EXTERNAL in /usr/local/include


$ sudo rm -rf /usr/local/include/EXTERNAL
